Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

At Avadhara Jewels, we take great care to ensure that every piece you receive is crafted and packed with precision.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help — within fair limits that protect both our customers and our craftsmanship.
Returns & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- The product is returned in its original packaging with all tags, invoice, and accessories included.
- The customer informs us within 24 hours of delivery about their intention to return or exchange, including the reason and supporting photos/videos sent to support@teal-wolf-678635.hostingersite.com or through our Contact Us form.
- Once approved, the product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings, nose pins, or any product that shows signs of wear cannot be returned or exchanged.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return or exchange, including:
- Customized, engraved, or special order jewellery
- Discounted or sale items
- Gift cards or free gifts
This policy helps us maintain hygiene, product integrity, and quality assurance for all our customers.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product for a different design or variant:
- The original item must meet all return conditions.
- The replacement will be shipped once the original product is received and quality-checked.
- If the new item’s value is higher, the customer must pay the difference.
- If the new item’s value is lower, the balance amount will be issued as store credit valid for 6 months.
Refund Policy
Once your return is approved and inspected, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Wallet).
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer after verification.
Refunds will not be processed for items returned without prior approval or beyond the 7-day window.
Return Shipping Process
- To initiate a return, email support@teal-wolf-678635.hostingersite.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will share the return address and further instructions.
- For damaged or defective products, we will arrange free pickup.
- For all other reasons (change of mind, size, etc.), the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos as proof.
- We will replace the item at no extra cost after verification.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 5 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
If payment has been made, the amount will be refunded to the original method of payment within 5–7 working days.
Important Notes
- Returned products that do not pass quality checks (worn, damaged, or altered) will be shipped back to the customer.
- Avadhara Jewels reserves the right to deny any return or exchange that does not meet policy conditions.
- Please retain your original invoice for verification during any return or exchange process.
