All our pieces are nickel-free and skin-safe, but like all fashion jewellery, we recommend keeping them dry and away from perfumes for long-lasting shine.

Currently, Avadhara Jewels does not offer customized or personalized jewellery. All items are ready-made collections designed to suit modern and traditional styles.

Shipping FAQs

Yes! We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India.

Not at the moment. We currently ship only within India.

Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch.
Deliveries to remote areas, including Jammu & Kashmir and North Eastern states, may take longer.

Yes, for hard-to-reach locations (like J&K, North East, Andaman, Lakshadweep), an additional courier charge may apply. This will be shown during checkout.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Returns, Refunds & Exchange FAQs

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition.

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings, nose pins, customized, or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Email support@teal-wolf-678635.hostingersite.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

If the product is defective or damaged, we will arrange a free pickup.
For other reasons (like change of mind), customers will bear the return shipping cost.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer after verification.

Yes, you can cancel your order within 5 hours of placing it or before it’s shipped.

Payment & Order FAQs

We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) across India.

COD is available for most pin codes, except a few remote or restricted zones.

If the amount is deducted but your order didn’t go through, it will be automatically refunded by your bank within 7–10 working days.

Unfortunately, once the order is confirmed, we cannot modify items or address details. Please double-check before checkout.
